Once you have chosen a Broker to represent you in selling your home, your home still may not be ready to go on the market yet. Your Broker will be able to go through a checklist with you to help get everything ready to list your home.
Once your home is listed, it is marketed through a variety of mediums. All RE/MAX Direct Realty listings are posted on our office and agent websites, as well as remax.com. In addition, RE/MAX partners with other websites, such as Trulia and Zillow to reach even more potential Buyers. Other marketing strategies include premier print media and social media outreach. Your Broker will work with you to create a custom marketing plan specific to your property to help attract Buyers.
After you receive on offer on your home, your Broker will negotiate on your behalf so you receive a fair price. If you accept an offer, your Broker will walk you through the entire closing process.
